General Description:
Belt scales are often working under harsh environmental conditions. For this reason the stability and quality requirements of such weighing systems are very high.
On one hand a belt scale must provide very accurate weighing results - on the other hand the complete system should be as maintenance-free as possible. Under normal circumstances it is very difficult to combine these requirements.
 
The belt scale 802 fulfills all the expectations of a modern weighing systems and offers some additional benefits.

The belt scale is consisting of a stainless steel weighing frame, a high precision electronic b tension-link and a seperate microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The tension-link is based on semiconductor strain gauge technology - At a tension causing a length
change of a few micrometer the output signal is 400 mV. For this reason it is possible to run cable distances up to 600 m without any problem.
The actual feed rate (t/h) and the total amount of material is displayed on an alphanumeric LCD-display.
The electronic is keyboard-programable. All adjustments can be easilly changed by the user without expensive service cost.
