| General
Descriptions: |
| The
iSOLV Crane Master ultrasonic system is designed
for use with container cranes。 It has four
programmable relay outputs to operate anywhere
within the programmed span of up to 80m (260ft),
and can be set to either energised or de-energised
for close proximity and collision avoidance. |
| The
iSOLV Crane Master utilities specially designed
transducers that are unaffected by either
strong wind or rain. The transducers are
the most powerful transducers available in
the world. |

 |
Features: |
•
230 Vac 50/60 Hz power supply
• 4-20mA analog output
• 4 programmable relay contacts
• Easily installed -mounting brackets for transducers
provided
• Simple setup and relay programming
• Adjustable gain curve with distance
• Programmable fail-safe output mode (echo loss
alarm)
• Ambient noise rejection
• Maximum 80 metres distance |

| Operating
principle of Crane Master: |
The
iSolv Crane Master ultrasonic
level detection device emits
an ultrasonic pulse, which is
reflected back from
the target crane being monitored. The echo is processed using the speed of sound
through air, to determine the
distance from the transducer to the target crane. The measured distance is compared
to the programmed set
points to determine the relays to be switched. |
| The
iSolv Crane Master employs specially
designed gain curve control and
variable pulse rate which provides
even faster response time as
the cranes move closer to each
other, which further enhances
the reliability and speed of
the system. |
